Aiyi Cheng(AY266)

Aiyi Cheng (b. 2000, Beijing), also known as AY266, is an interdisciplinary artist, model, and digital design media artist living in Los Angeles, California | Cheng makes work about comfort in danger, confronting fears to create immersive installations and sculptures. Her painting and digitial prints centers on folowing imagery set against color field backgrounds, and hard edge metal sculpture. Cheng’s sound work delivers harde dance floor energy | In addition to her art practice, Cheng uses art and modeling as two mediums to narrate and create ideas around pain and beauty. She has collaborated with various fashion brands, designers, and magazines and has been acted in music videos and short films | Born and raised in Beijing and moved to California in 2015. Earned her BFA in Fine Art from ArtCenter College of Design in 2023 |
